"Pot Cakes"

Yesterday we took brownie bites to share at Kitster's playgroup. (Just bake any brownie mix in a greased mini muffin tin at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Brownie mix for a 13*9 inch pan will make 40 brownie bites.) If you ask Kit what these goodies are called, she will insist that they are "pot cakes," but I assure you they are not!
