Winnie is 23 Months Old

Winnie turned 23 months old yesterday, and this is how I found her this evening. Winnie was taken out of the bathtub first, and I dressed her in jammies. While I was getting Kit bathed, I heard Winnie say, "Diaper off." Clearly she meant it.
