It's been months now since we instituted a paperless kitchen, and I couldn't be more pleased. We use rags, dishcloths and dishtowels instead of paper towels, and we use cloth napkins instead of paper napkins. We've reduced our waste considerably, and we save money, too. Just remember: if you see paper towels in my laundry room, those are for making homemade baby wipes!
